Tools is where you start services for promoted listings, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest autoposting, promotional video, WhatsApp alerts, web chat, and the WhatsApp Assistant.
What does WhatsApp AI do?
WhatsApp AI answers common questions about a listing and helps capture contact details from interested buyers. It supports faster responses, but your team is still responsible for reviewing conversations and contacting the buyer.
What does web chat do?
Web chat lets visitors ask questions directly from the product page. It helps capture interest and contact details so the seller can respond from the lead workflow.
What does social autoposting do?

What happens when my subscription ends?
When a subscription ends, new publishing capacity, promotion credits, and plan-based service access stop according to the plan rules. Active promotions may continue only according to their configured expiration.
